Mindset in Motion: The Heart Behind Gambol

If you’d told me a year ago I’d be launching a clothing brand, I probably would’ve laughed. Not because I don’t love clothes (I do, always have), but because I was deep in something else—shifting into full-time coaching, studying, building Your Gob, and just trying to figure it all out. Life was full enough.

But here’s the thing—change doesn’t ask if you’re ready. It just arrives. Sometimes gently, sometimes like a freight train. And somewhere in the chaos, Gambol started to take shape.

Gambol by Gob didn’t begin with a big business plan. It was a creative outlet. A way to stay grounded when everything else felt intense. It gave me space to move—mentally, emotionally, creatively.

The word Gambol stuck with me. To most it means to skip, to move playfully. But where I’m from in the Midlands, it’s what we call a roly-poly. Either way, it’s about movement. Not necessarily polished or perfect—but forward. And that felt like the heart of everything I was going through.

In my work as a coach and mentor, I help people move through change. Find their footing. Build clarity. And Gambol ended up becoming a kind of extension of that. A reminder that how we feel in our skin, and what we wea, can support the mindset we’re building.

It’s not fashion for show. It’s clothing for real life. For the days when you’re building, growing, resting, pivoting, or just figuring it out. It’s premium casualwear that’s soft, simple and made to last. Clean lines. No fuss. Just ease and quiet confidence.

We launched this April with a small pop-up in Stratford-upon-Avon. Seeing it come to life was surreal. And the support? Incredible.

And if you’re also building something new or just trying to move through the next chapter then I see you.

That’s what this is all about…This isn’t just a brand. It’s a belief. Movement matters.
