Why I’m well placed to support this stage of growth…

Before founding Your Gob, I spent over 20 years working within the financial services sector, supporting businesses through periods of growth, transition and change.

During that time, I played a key role in scaling a small, family led business into a medium sized organisation, growing it to £3m in revenue and a team of 45. That journey culminated in a successful acquisition by a larger group of nearly 1,000 employees and £75m turnover, where I went on to hold a Director role, reporting directly to the CEO.

That experience gave me a deep, practical understanding of what business growth really looks like, not just the strategy, but the decisions, pressure points and people challenges that come with it.

Today, I bring that experience into my work with small and medium businesses who are navigating growth, reset or transition. I understand the realities of leading through change, balancing commercial decisions with people impact, and making strategic choices when there isn’t a simple or obvious answer.

My role is to help you step back, think clearly and move forward with intention by using experience, not theory.
